Bika99 was built with one clear purpose — to be the most trusted, safest and most enjoyable online entertainment platform for Malaysian players. From slots and Live Casino to Sports Betting and lottery, we're there for every gaming experience you seek.
Bika99 is an online entertainment platform founded in 2019 with the goal of giving Malaysian players access to a digital casino world that is safe, fair and genuinely enjoyable. We started small — with a team of a few industry professionals who shared one common vision: to build a platform that truly understands the needs and preferences of local players.
Six years on, bika99 has grown into one of the most recognised names in Malaysia's online casino industry. With over 100,000 registered members, more than 500 active games, and a consistent track record of on-time payouts, we're proud of how far we've come — but more than that, we're proud of the trust Malaysian players place in us every single day.
The name "bika99" represents a bond — our commitment to every player who chooses this platform as their entertainment home. The number 99 reflects our aspiration to consistently reach near-perfection in every aspect of our service, from transaction processing speed and game variety to customer support quality and user data security.
Bika99's mission is simple but meaningful: to provide the best, safest and fairest online entertainment experience for every Malaysian player, regardless of their background or experience level. We believe every player deserves the same treatment — fair, respectful and focused on customer satisfaction.
Our vision is to continue growing as Malaysia's platform of choice, while constantly improving and expanding our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our players. We never stop listening to player feedback, and we use that input to make meaningful improvements to the bika99 platform.
Behind the bika99 platform is a dedicated team — comprising software developers, security specialists, data analysts, customer account managers and gambling industry professionals with over 10 years of experience. They all share one thing in common: a passion for delivering the best possible experience to Malaysian players.
The bika99 customer support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Whether you have a deposit issue, a question about a promotion, or simply need guidance on how to play a particular game — they're always ready to help via live chat, email or phone. Our average response time is under 3 minutes, making us one of the fastest in the industry in Malaysia.

The principles that guide every decision we make as a platform
Every game on bika99 uses an independently verified random number generator (RNG). We never manipulate game outcomes — wins and losses are determined solely by chance and skill.
All promotional terms, withdrawal policies, and game conditions are stated clearly and in full. No important information is buried in fine print that's difficult to read.
Bika99 is fully committed to responsible gambling. We provide self-control tools such as deposit limits, loss limits and account break options for players who need them.
We constantly listen to member feedback and use it to make bika99 better. From the user interface to processing speeds — every aspect is always being refined and improved.
One of bika99's greatest strengths is the sheer variety of games on offer. We partner with leading game providers from around the world to ensure our library stays fresh, high-quality and perfectly suited to Malaysian players' tastes.
The slots section at bika99 is our most popular, featuring over 300 video slot titles spanning a wide range of themes — from Asian-inspired slots and action-packed titles with bonus features, to progressive jackpot slots that can pay out prizes worth millions of MYR. Top providers such as Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt and many more contribute to this ever-growing collection.
For Live Casino enthusiasts, bika99 delivers an experience that's nearly indistinguishable from sitting at a real casino table. Live dealers from high-quality studios run baccarat, roulette, blackjack and Dragon Tiger tables — all streamed in smooth, high-definition video with zero interruptions. VIP tables with higher betting limits are also available for members seeking a more exclusive experience.
Sports Betting at bika99 covers the Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, BWF badminton, esports and more than 30 other sports. In-play betting lets you place wagers while a match is in progress — using your knowledge and observation to spot the best opportunities. Odds are updated every few seconds to reflect what's actually happening on the field.
At bika99, we believe gambling should always be a fun form of entertainment — not a source of stress or financial hardship. That's why we invest in a comprehensive responsible gambling programme, offering a range of tools that let players stay in control of their own experience.
Through the "Account Settings" section on bika99, players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits — limits that cannot be exceeded even if you change your mind later. You can also set loss limits, daily session time limits, or choose to take a break from the platform for a set period. All of these options are available without any questions asked or pressure applied — we respect every player's right to manage their own time and money.
If you or someone you know feels that gambling is starting to have a negative impact on daily life, bika99's customer support team is ready to help connect you with the right professional resources. Page Responsible Gambling contains full details on all available support options.
Bika99 supports all the major payment methods commonly used by Malaysians. We understand that a smooth deposit and withdrawal process is an essential part of an enjoyable gaming experience — which is why we ensure our payment channels are always running smoothly and securely.
For deposits, you can use Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All these methods process deposits within seconds — meaning you can start playing almost immediately after deciding to top up. For withdrawals, we target a processing time of 5–15 minutes for all standard withdrawals, regardless of the amount or method chosen.
A testament to our commitment to quality, security and player satisfaction
